About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Client Operations Manager and/or Client Engagement Manager
  • Set up and maintain client projects from initial build through closeout
  • Compile and validate store, target, and product lists
  • Obtain and document project billing codes and fulfillment identification numbers
  • Confirm charge structures and client requirements
  • Create and publish project instructions, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate training and briefings for Field Support teams
  • Partner with Quality Assurance to define standards and validate readiness
  • Load projects into 360 and confirm fields, locations, and scope before release
  • Monitor field execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely, high-quality completion
  • Communicate with field associates and internal stakeholders to resolve questions
  • Pull and analyze project reports; summarize status, risks, and trends
  • Support accurate, on-time invoicing
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on administrative or operational experience
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and management
  • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in the United States, validated through E-Verify
