About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and trusted advisor across assigned accounts
  • Build long-term client partnerships by understanding business objectives, industry trends, and marketing priorities

  • Coordinate with creative, strategy, operations, production, staffing, analytics, and finance teams
  • Translate client business goals into experiential marketing strategies
  • Contribute to program ideation and integrated marketing initiatives
  • Own program budgets, forecasting, reconciliations, and profitability
  • Develop estimates, scopes, and client proposals
  • Monitor project financial health and support efficiency, growth, and revenue expansion
  • Mentor and coach junior team members
  • Foster cross-department collaboration and support talent development
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and introduce agency capabilities
  • Support proposals, pitches, and business development initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event marketing, integrated marketing, agency account management, or related fields
  • Previous agency experience managing cross-functional teams and client relationships
  • Proven success leading B2B and/or B2C experiential programs
  • Strong budget management, forecasting, and proposal development experience
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and prioritization abilities
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes
  • Ability to build trust with clients and become their go-to partner
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with executives and event staff
  • Ability to keep complex projects organized and moving forward
