About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote and sell CORE clients' products to new and existing customers within the designated territory
- Engage with operators and execute the sales strategy
- Develop sales plans and set and execute targets collaboratively with the team
- Contact operators for 70% of time allocation and secure sales through product presentations and customer interaction
- Develop and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio of at least 35 accounts, calling on them every 60 days
- Make at least 12 sales calls per week and present at least 3 clients on each call
- Use CRM for sales activity planning and reporting, target setting, objective planning, and real-time self-management
- Use data to drive new sales at assigned contracts
- Execute assigned non-commercial objectives
- Collaborate with distribution to identify opportunities and manage compliance
- Maintain and update operator profiles and competitive information
- Prepare and secure sales tools, including samples, programs, and POS materials
- Support company sales meetings, food shows, vendor fairs, and district sales meetings as requested by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the FS Indiana industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Basic understanding of sales strategies and techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
