About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design scalable and robust Enterprise solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution blueprints
  • Lead the design and architecture of Enterprise modules and third-party integrations, including HR, Recruiting, Compensation, and UKG
  • Ensure optimal system performance and user experience
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, and recommend process improvements
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on HR technology strategy
  • Oversee integrations between enterprise systems using Cloud architecture
  • Architect data migration activities, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance
  • Architect role-based access controls and ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and industry standards
  • Lead architectural design and system enhancements
  • Lead end-to-end Enterprise projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Manage technical delivery timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
  • Develop technical documentation and best-practice guidelines
  • Define long-term architectural strategies and short-term tactical plans for Enterprise systems
  • Provide architectural guidance to analysts, developers, and project teams
  • Research emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance flexibility and cost-efficiency
  • Model business and system processes using use cases, workflow diagrams, and data models

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field required
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Solutions Architecture or related field
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Enterprise Application implementations
  • Proven track record leading full lifecycle enterprise projects
  • Expertise in Enterprise/Corporate Business Applications
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Leadership experience managing teams and projects
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Oracle Fusion certifications are a plus
  • Experience with third-party integrations, including UKG, is a plus
  • Must be located within commutable distance to Acosta Group offices in Lewisville, TX or Jacksonville, FL
  • Not eligible for Visa Sponsorship (H1, F1, OPT, EAD, TN) or a C2C arrangement
