About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Business Insights and Category Management partnership between Acosta and Campbell’s in a highly visible CPG client environment.
  • Serve as a Strategic Advisor to Campbell’s Category Leadership and Sales teams by identifying growth opportunities, risks, and business implications that influence customer and category strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Related work experience can be substituted for the educational requirement
  • Category Management Certification Preferred
  • 3+ years related work experience
  • CPG category management experience, including assortment, pricing, promotion, merchandising, and shopper insights.
  • Proficiency with syndicated data tools such as Circana, NielsenIQ, Numerator, Kantar, and retailer portals.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and planning tools.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate business strategies into retailer-specific execution plans.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and continuous improvement mindset.
