About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As an Operator Sales Team member, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base.
- Your primary focus will be on selling CORE client's products to both existing and new customers within your assigned territory.
- You will collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales plans and execute assigned sales targets for each client.
- Additionally, you will utilize our CRM system to efficiently manage all aspects of the sales process, ensuring a smooth and organized approach.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and industry trends.
- A self-motivated and results-driven approach to sales.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
