About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program.
- Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line — ask great questions and explain product benefits in clear, friendly language.
- Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
- Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit.
- Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
- Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand-issued name badge at all times.
- Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Reliable transportation to assigned retailer location.
- Smartphone for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
- Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
- Residential mailing address for brand-issued name badge (no PO Boxes).
- Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
- Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).
