About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program
  • Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line — ask great questions and explain product benefits in clear, friendly language
  • Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers
  • Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training)
  • Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out
  • Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand-issued name badge at all times
  • Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times — you are the face of the brand inside the retailer
  • Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Reliable transportation to assigned retailer location
  • Smartphone for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting
  • Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks)
  • Residential mailing address for brand-issued name badge (no PO Boxes)
  • Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit
  • Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted)
