About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Close sales through face-to-face interaction with customers based within assigned sales territories
  • Meet with potential and existing customers to present sales proposals and inform them of product benefits and features
  • Play a key role in increasing distribution and display activity by managing and negotiating with clients
  • Research sales competition and qualifying prospects
  • Manage sales of products and services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational skills with the ability to work effectively with team members, peers, management and external customer contacts
  • Must be able to read and follow a plan-o-gram (POG)
  • Must possess good problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to use an iPad/Tablet
  • Must have trip planning skills and comfort with driving a commercial van (Ford Transit Connect or similar)
  • Sales or consumer goods experience a plus
