About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Close sales through face-to-face interaction with customers based within assigned sales territories
- Meet with potential and existing customers to present sales proposals and inform them of product benefits and features
- Play a key role in increasing distribution and display activity by managing and negotiating with clients
- Research sales competition, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required
- Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational skills with the ability to work effectively with team members, peers, management and external customer contacts
- Must be able to read and follow a plan-o-gram (POG)
- Must possess good problem-solving skills
- Must be able to use an iPad/Tablet
- Must have trip planning skills and comfort with driving a commercial van (Ford Transit Connect or similar)
- Sales or consumer goods experience a plus
