About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide effective leadership and management to the Retail Coverage Merchandiser/Lead Merchandiser team.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s business model, client and customer details and expectations.
Spend a minimum of 50% of your time working in-store.
Manage assigned work to completion, on time, and with high-quality results.
Assign work to the team and ensure that all jobs have the appropriate level of support.
Understand and optimize selling effectiveness in assigned territories.
Partner with store personnel to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence.
Ensure company policies are followed by directly managed associates.
Communicate retail territory responsibilities to the MEI admin team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Associate degree is preferred.
Some college with prior management/supervisory experience with a minimum of 2+ years industry experience.
Prior sales agent, retail, customer service or reset responsibility.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision making and leadership skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
Self-starter and have a strong attention to detail.
Quick learner and be flexible to changing work environments.
