Human Resource Business Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as primary HR contact to Department Head(s) and Senior Leaders
- Provide thought leadership and regular updates to Senior Management
- Act as a talent agent for identifying, developing, and deploying talent
- Use data analytics to design innovative HR solutions
- Build and leverage relationships to influence business strategy
- Manage communications and project plans related to HR programs
- Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance talent acquisition
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelors and Master’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- 1+ years of supervisory/management experience
- PHR/SPHR preferred
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Extensive experience partnering and consultative approach with stakeholders
- Global & Cultural effectiveness
- Business Acumen - understanding and applying information to contribute to the organization's strategic business and people plan.
