About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategy, governance, and adoption of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) to enhance productivity and collaboration across the enterprise.
- Oversee digital workplace enablement programs, user experience optimization, and financial planning for collaboration platforms and initiatives.
- Spearhead deployment and integration of advanced digital and AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Project Operations, Viva Suite, and Azure AI solutions.
- Direct the AI Center of Excellence and lead enterprise AI initiatives, including Copilot AI Agent pilots and AI-as-a-Service offerings.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and scale AI use cases, ensuring responsible AI practices and data governance.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including employees and contractors, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture and resolving conflicts related to digital and AI initiatives.
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies to support digital and AI transformation, including executive messaging, engagement campaigns, and training communications.
- Provide expert consultation to senior leadership on AI strategy, responsible use, and enterprise scaling of AI tools.
- Ensure comprehensive budget stewardship for digital collaboration and AI efforts, contributing to annual planning, monitoring project expenses, and efficient resource utilization.
- Support operational issues and resolve problems with digital tools and platforms, including after-hours incident response and troubleshooting during critical deployments.
- Mentor and develop talent in digital, AI, and communications disciplines, and participate in recruitment, performance management, and advancement decisions.
- Maintain alignment and continuity in global operations through occasional travel and coordination with teams across the Acosta Group portfolio.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive enterprise IT experience focused on digital collaboration platforms and technology adoption.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- 8-10+ years enterprise IT experience.
- 1-2+ years recent AI exposure.
- 4-7+ years minimum similar work experience.
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Viva Suite, Power Platform, Copilot) and AI-powered solutions integration.
- Familiarity with change management principles, user adoption strategies, and enterprise communications.
- Knowledge of budget planning, vendor management, and cross-functional alignment across IT, HR, Legal, and Finance.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale tool deployments and digital workplace improvements.
- Competence in managing blended teams of employees and contractors, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics to assess adoption, engagement, and business impact.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply emerging AI technologies to business challenges.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with occasional after-hours support.
- Ability to travel and coordinate with global teams to ensure continuity and alignment.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and actionable strategies.
