Reviewing applicants to ensure they meet role qualifications and company standards
Presenting job opportunities to candidates and negotiating competitive hourly wages
Maintaining organized records through online systems and any required recruiter metrics
Preparing personnel action forms for recruiting support team
Entering and managing open requisitions within recruiting systems
Mentoring peers and answering recruiter-related questions
Using advanced Boolean search techniques to proactively source talent
Planning and participating in recruiting events and hiring initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
2+ years’ experience in high volume recruiting
PC literate in Windows environment including MS Word and Excel
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong problem solving abilities
English is the primary language skill; bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity
