What you’ll need

3–5 years of related experience required (collections, accounts receivable, deductions, or similar financial operations).
Build and maintain professional, productive relationships with vendors, ADW internal associates, and Acosta internal associates.
Demonstrate initiative by recommending and implementing process improvements and identifying ways to better support clients and customers.
Proficient in running reports in multiple systems and cross-referencing data in Excel to research issues and support resolutions.
Visual acuity (including close vision).
