About the role
- Lead and deliver human resources projects from initiation through closeout.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to define scope and success criteria.
- Build and maintain project plans, coordinating cross-functional resources.
- Manage risks and change, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within agreed scope and quality standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, control, and closeout.
- 3+ years of human resources experience (e.g., HR operations, talent, HRIS, total rewards, or employee relations).
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, build alignment, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, including facilitation, executive-ready status updates, and documentation.
- Proficiency with common productivity and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Office and project planning/tracking platforms).
- **Preferred**
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting HR transformations, HRIS implementations, or process redesign.
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration.
