About the role
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment strategy programs
- Manage recruiters and sourcing specialist
- Work closely with management to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implement improvement to staffing processes including sourcing and selection
- Resolve escalations from Hiring Managers and applicants
- Manage compliance of pre-employment forms and processes. Manage pre-employment background processes and compliance
- Meeting the physical requirements listed below

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3-5 years relevant work experience
- 3-5 years management/supervisory experience
- The ability to make effective decisions quickly
- Experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and HR databases
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience with candidate selection methods and sourcing platforms
- Good time-management skills
- Excellent understanding of employer branding strategies
- Results-driven mentality
- Team management and leadership
- Exceptional work ethic and thriving under pressure
- Strong ability to meet deadlines
