About the role
- Leads, coaches, and manages a remote team of sales and training representatives.
- Drives sales, increases brand awareness, and influences market share.
- Acts as the primary contact for team performance in client service.
- Communicates daily activities and oversees deliverables and promotions.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years management experience in retail or related fields required.
- 3 years in retail, merchandising, and/or consumer packaged goods required.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Proven multi-tasking, demand management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of remote business tools.
- Internal vendor certifications as assigned.
- Seeing, listening, and lifting (up to 15 lbs.) physical requirements.
