About the role

  • Manage the production process of creative assets. This involves collecting a variety of assets from product and UX teams, working with agencies to package them for a variety of marketing channels, applying AI, and shepherding the assets through the feedback cycle. It also means assisting with communication across teams to keep next steps clear and production on schedule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on identifying upcoming launches. Helping to stay in touch with a variety of cross-functional product marketing and product teams to curate products included in the marketing program.
  • Drive creative strategy and direction across the full spectrum of assets and channels. Partnering with agencies for video production, still asset production, and copywriting. This includes driving forward a creative audit and creative strategy in partnership with the brand team, and applying new AI solutions.
  • Editorial & Content - Capture and elevate Google’s voice and lead storytelling efforts, focusing on development of this narrative across mediums, including but not limited to videos, blog posts, social media posts, and newsletters. You cultivate Google and Google product awareness, business value, and differentiation into the market, and have ownership over the positive and proactive stories Google tells.
  • Create and maintain internal communication tools to help stakeholders stay current and engaged through the life cycle of the campaign creation and execution. This includes creating and maintaining an internally-facing website and informational deck.

Requirements

  • Experience in working across multiple teams and agencies in a fast-paced environment.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in marketing (within Technology industry)
  • 4-6+ years of project and/or campaign management experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Growth mindset
  • Critical thinker with strong communication, writing, visual / creative, and project management skills
  • BA/BS Degree required or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Drive, Docs, etc.)
