About the role
- Provide consistent leadership to Retail Operations Managers, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Implement and enforce retail processes that enhance product quality and elevate team performance.
- Strategically place the right talent in the right roles to optimize contribution margins across geographic regions.
- Build strong partnerships with Divisions, Field Support, Recruiting, Training, HR, and Client Services to ensure seamless operations.
- Deliver timely updates on operational performance to internal stakeholders, fostering transparency and accountability.
- Design and execute impactful training programs that empower teams and elevate service standards.
- Recruit, interview, and hire management-level talent while nurturing growth and career progression.
- Conduct regular inspections of company equipment to ensure proper maintenance and operational readiness.
- Ensure all required documentation and reports are submitted accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in retail operations, leadership, or training
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for management-level roles
- Strong supervisory skills with a track record of driving results
- Deep understanding of retail processes, policies, and procedures
- Ability to implement and enforce operational standards across multiple locations
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR, Training, Recruiting, and Client Services
- Proficient in PC and SalesTrak NG
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate performance metrics and operational updates clearly and effectively
- Strong relationship-building skills across departments and teams
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel extensively across office and field environments
- English fluency required; bilingual skills may be necessary based on business needs
