About the role

  • Provide consistent leadership to Retail Operations Managers, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Implement and enforce retail processes that enhance product quality and elevate team performance.
  • Strategically place the right talent in the right roles to optimize contribution margins across geographic regions.
  • Build strong partnerships with Divisions, Field Support, Recruiting, Training, HR, and Client Services to ensure seamless operations.
  • Deliver timely updates on operational performance to internal stakeholders, fostering transparency and accountability.
  • Design and execute impactful training programs that empower teams and elevate service standards.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire management-level talent while nurturing growth and career progression.
  • Conduct regular inspections of company equipment to ensure proper maintenance and operational readiness.
  • Ensure all required documentation and reports are submitted accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in retail operations, leadership, or training
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for management-level roles
  • Strong supervisory skills with a track record of driving results
  • Deep understanding of retail processes, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to implement and enforce operational standards across multiple locations
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR, Training, Recruiting, and Client Services
  • Proficient in PC and SalesTrak NG
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate performance metrics and operational updates clearly and effectively
  • Strong relationship-building skills across departments and teams
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel extensively across office and field environments
  • English fluency required; bilingual skills may be necessary based on business needs
