  • Mosaic is the leading North American Integrated Agency specializing in Experiential Marketing, Sales and Merchandising
  • Territory Sales Representative responsible for managing retail stores in a dedicated geographical territory
  • Cultivate relationships with retail partners and field leadership to drive strategic initiatives and increase sales and market share of brand products
  • Explain appliance benefits and technology; educate consumers and sales associates; make product recommendations
  • Responsible for geographic territory supporting national accounts and key independent trade customers in person and virtually
  • Build and maintain relationships through group meetings, incentives, lunch & learns and other strategic activities
  • Collaborate with Mosaic and Display Execution teams and store merchandise and management to support product display and plan-o-gram placement
  • Deliver presentations to educate retail, direct and business teams on product differentiators, messages and promotions
  • Gather competitive intelligence and report on price moves, new products and merchandising materials
  • Maintain product subject matter expert knowledge and escalate product/allocation/inventory issues to client's field sales team
  • Attend and execute marketing events, customer rallies and product launches
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred
  • 1 - 3 years of retail sales and/or training experience
  • Experience with home appliance, specific to either retail, direct, business and/or national retail
  • Must be tech savvy with enthusiasm for home improvement
  • Energetic and enthusiastic attitude and tremendous interpersonal communication skills
  • Communicate effectively in group presentations and demonstrations
  • Ability to coordinate and lead formal / informal training events on product features and benefits within store, market and virtually
  • Independent and motivated team player
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday; some schedule shifts required, including select weekends and promotional holidays
  • Ability to lift at least 50lbs
  • Must reside in a centrally-located approved area for the assigned territory
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
  • Strong working knowledge of Google G Suite preferred
  • Ability to utilize or acquire a cellular device approved by Whirlpool corporation for business communications
