About the role
- Provide leadership and support for your client by leveraging business processes
- Using Blue Yonder, CKB, and shopper insights to drive business growth
- Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven presentations with actionable insights and recommendations
- Support and champion key organizational initiatives
- Participate in task forces and other miscellaneous projects as requested by the leadership team
- Manage revenue goals, identify new business opportunities, and close gaps
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Category Management certification, preferred
- 6 to 10 years of related work experience
- Solid working knowledge of the Retail & CPG industries
- Advanced skills in cross-functional teamwork, communication, presentation/storytelling, plan preparation, and delivering effective solutions
- Breakdown larger problems into smaller components and potential resolutions
- Customize and adapt communication to appeal to the specific interests, needs, and levels of the audience
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- Prioritize initiatives and resources based on strategic priorities
- Clearly define and communicate roles and responsibilities
- Build strategic objectives with senior leadership
