About the role

  • Provide leadership and support for your client by leveraging business processes
  • Using Blue Yonder, CKB, and shopper insights to drive business growth
  • Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven presentations with actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Category Management certification, preferred
  • 6 to 10 years of related work experience
  • Solid working knowledge of the Retail & CPG industries
  • Advanced skills in cross-functional teamwork, communication, presentation/storytelling, plan preparation, and delivering effective solutions
  • Breakdown larger problems into smaller components and potential resolutions
  • Customize and adapt communication to appeal to the specific interests, needs, and levels of the audience
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Prioritize initiatives and resources based on strategic priorities
  • Clearly define and communicate roles and responsibilities
  • Build strategic objectives with senior leadership
