About the role
- Implement advanced supply chain and logistics strategies
- Support key departments for Walmart
- Develop tools to support customer requirements like OTIF and SQEP
- Use systems like Walmart’s Scintilla (formerly Luminate) to analyze supplier and replenishment performance
- Collaborate with clients to improve supply chain efficiency and compliance
- Identify inventory risks and implement solutions to prevent lost sales
- Support client presentations and strategy sessions with Walmart
- Analyze inventory and forecasts to meet in-stock and delivery goals
- Align sales forecasts across stakeholders and communicate performance metrics
- Provide updates on inventory challenges, opportunities, and forecast changes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s required
- 6+ years of supply chain experience
- 3+ years of previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Experience / proficient in Microsoft Office – Specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in data analysis and working with customer systems and technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management.
- Strong working knowledge of Walmart systems, including Retail Link and GRS.
- Understanding of Walmart’s supply chain operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
