About the role
- Assist in managing individual employee cases (dismissal procedures, mutual termination agreements, etc.)
- Monitor legal developments across employment law and HR topics
- Respond to inquiries and advise operational teams on all employment law matters
- Support labor relations and prepare documentation and meetings with employee representative bodies
- Draft various correspondence (responses to employees, external organizations)
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Employment/Social Law
- Ideally 3–4 years’ experience in employment law
