- Act as the primary support bridge, escalating technical issues or complex inquiries to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining a helpful and human touch.
- Identify and participate in trending cultural moments and real-time social conversations to keep Acorns relevant and top-of-mind for our customers.
- Track community trends, feedback, and recurring questions to provide the social team with actionable insights for future content ideation.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing high-volume social communities for consumer brands, with a knack for turning passive followers into active advocates.
- Ability to write in a tone that is approachable, professional, and mission-driven, ensuring every customer feels supported.
