Key responsibilities & impact

Contacting existing customers to remind them to renew their annual service agreements
Following up with customers who have outstanding balances
Processing credit card and check payments over the phone
Accurately documenting customer interactions, payments, and account updates
Explaining service agreement coverage and plan limitations
Creating service support tickets when needed
Resolving payment issues and following up on outstanding accounts
Meeting sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Maintaining accurate records while adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED required
1–3 years of customer service, collections, sales, or call center experience preferred
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
Strong communication and active listening skills
Comfortable handling customer objections and difficult conversations professionally
Customer-focused with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Proficient with Microsoft Windows and basic computer applications
Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Ability to calculate discounts and process payments accurately
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
