About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing product demonstrations and guidance tailored to customer needs
  • Schedule in-home consultations for prospective customers generated through showroom traffic and outbound outreach
  • Conduct outbound calls to assigned leads to generate and confirm appointments
  • Support local marketing efforts by participating in networking events, trade shows, and promotional activities, as needed
  • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product readiness
  • Accurately document customer interactions, appointments, and activities within the company’s CRM/database system
  • Support management with administrative and operational tasks as required
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency with basic technology, including personal computers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to learn product knowledge and sales processes quickly
  • Professional appearance and adherence to business casual dress standards
  • Willingness to be coached and continuously improve performance.
