About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute a structured onboarding plan with customized strategies for assigned clinics
  • Assist with events, open houses, and patient education sessions
  • Own and develop lead-generating activities and identify early adopters and market leaders
  • Arrange virtual or in-person meetings with prospects and leadership personnel
  • Identify market gaps and competitive opportunities to refine sales strategy
  • Conduct demos and generate attendance at local splash dinners
  • Educate providers on stem cell banking, Secretome, and aesthetic applications
  • Execute conceptual and consultative selling to drive provider engagement
  • Drive sell-in and sell-through, product utilization, and advocacy in practices
  • Work with Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and patient demand
  • Provide field feedback to shape marketing campaigns, messaging, and educational tools
  • Partner with Marketing on patient-facing assets and collateral
  • Liaise between Acorn and providers through AIG to ensure streamlined communication and deliverables
  • Use CRM and data analytics to track performance and optimize conversion strategies
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts
  • Manage territory budgets, travel expenses, and account prioritization
  • Travel up to 50%

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in medical device, biotech, aesthetics, or regenerative medicine sales
  • Proven track record in consultative or conceptual selling, especially to physicians or clinics
  • Experience managing a territory or set of accounts, including forecasting, reporting, and CRM use
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Copper, Salesforce, or HubSpot
  • Demonstrated success driving product adoption and utilization in-clinic
  • Driver’s license required
  • Knowledge of stem cell banking, Secretome, and aesthetic applications
  • Understanding of clinical workflow optimization and patient engagement strategies
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, medical marketing regulations, or practice management systems is nice to have
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus
