About the role
- Overall responsibility for Supply Chain & Service Delivery.
- Lead and develop the leadership team for operational fulfillment.
- Implement the strategic vision and business objectives together with the executive team.
- Manage operational processes and ensure the achievement of all primary KPIs.
- Responsible for the Global Management System and for optimizing operational workflows.
- Implement programs to increase efficiency and expand production capacity.
- Identify and mitigate risks, particularly in the supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and standards, including responsibility for compliance.
Requirements
- University degree in engineering or business, preferably in electrical engineering or business administration/economics.
- Proven experience in leading teams as well as in process and innovation management.
- Strong commercial acumen; results-oriented and strategic thinker.
- Assertiveness, strong customer orientation and intercultural competence.
- Strong communication skills and a drive to drive change.
