About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead ERP implementation projects following the company's methodology
- Gather requirements and map client processes
- Configure the system according to business rules
- Deliver user training
- Execute functional tests and support user acceptance
- Monitor project schedule and record activity progress
- Identify risks and propose mitigation plans
- Support project transition to the support team
- Prepare technical and functional implementation documentation
- Work closely with leadership and collaborate with clients and internal teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience/knowledge in ERP system implementation
- Experience/knowledge in customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of electronic tax documents (NFe, NFCe)
- Knowledge of financial, inventory, purchasing and billing processes
- Desired knowledge in project management
- Knowledge of API integrations
- Knowledge of SPED Fiscal and SPED Contábil (SPED Accounting)
- Knowledge of POS (PDV)
- Organized, determined, proactive and results-oriented
- Commitment to customer success
- Willingness to share knowledge
- Keep up to date in the field
- Bachelor's degree
- Availability for hybrid work in Curitiba, Paraná
- Employment under CLT (Brazilian labor contract)
