About the role
- Perform outbound and inbound lead prospecting for the ERP using databases;
- Enrich leads using available platforms (CRM, search tools, professional networks, WhatsApp, etc.);
- Make initial contact with leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels;
- Identify and understand lead pain points, assessing fit with the ERP (foodservice segment, company size, business stage);
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria (profile, needs, interest, and potential);
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales/closer team;
- Log all interactions, statuses, and information in the CRM, keeping data organized and up to date;
- Support the sales team with relevant information gathered during qualification;
- Maintain initial relationships with leads until handoff to the sales team.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of commercial prospecting (outbound and inbound);
- Basic understanding of the sales and pre-sales funnel;
- Experience using CRM to record and track leads;
- Clear and concise communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email;
- Organized information management and follow-up skills;
- Ability to quickly understand the client's business.
