About the role
- Development and optimization of PLC programs and visualization interfaces
- Independent project handling from preparation through to acceptance
- Commissioning of systems on site at customer locations (worldwide)
- Troubleshooting and fault resolution on systems on site and via remote access
- Integration of plant PLCs with MES
Requirements
- State-certified technician, master electrician, or degree in electrical engineering/automation
- Several years of professional experience in machine and plant engineering
- Experience working with electrical schematics and electromechanical components
- Solid knowledge of STEP 7 (Classic) / TIA Portal / WinCC flexible and WinCC Advanced
- Confident use of structured text (SCL), Safety Integrated / Distributed Safety and OPC UA
- Experience with Siemens servo drives and frequency converters (G120 and S120) and SEW
- Very good German and English skills, with willingness to travel internationally
