About the role
- Build and expand existing and new product lines in the national and international GaLaBau (garden and landscape construction) business
- Strategic development of the product portfolio
- Lead and manage product development projects from concept to product launch
- Actively advise and support Marketing on product positioning
- Collaborate with Engineering/Design to optimize the product portfolio
- Represent ACO in professional associations and conduct market monitoring and analyses
- Deliver internal and external technical presentations and training
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or industrial engineering (or equivalent qualification)
- Professional experience in product management, ideally with market knowledge
- Strong affinity for marketing and sales
- Excellent technical and business knowledge, particularly in the development of series products
- 'Hands-on' mentality and entrepreneurial, system-oriented thinking
- Confident presentation skills and the ability to inspire people about products and ideas
