About the role
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls along with Chat interactions
- Step up during high-pressure or escalated calls, resolving issues involving online banking and debit cards
- Manage multiple applications and tabs while researching and communicating accurate information
- Complete account maintenance, online deposit account openings, and loan inquiries
- Listen for sales opportunities and refer customers to the right departments
- Achieve contact center goals like call handling speed and referral counts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in Call Center or Branch Banking preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent written communication skills for Chat or Secure Messages
- Ability to stay focused and calm during challenging customer interactions
- Solid computer skills: comfortable navigating multiple programs and systems
