General

• Serve as a primary point of contact for business and commercial clients using Treasury Management products;
• Handle frequent inbound calls and emails related to: Business Online Banking inquiries and password resets
• ACH and wire origination support, including temporary limit increases
• Positive Pay and fraud-prevention tools
• Internal/external sweep accounts
• Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) questions and troubleshooting
• Research and resolve account issues accurately and efficiently;
• Process daily incoming commercial wires;
• Monitor RDC deposit activity and review daily system reports;
• Assist with treasury product documentation, approvals, and client setups;
• Coordinate closely with Treasury Management Officers and Implementation staff;
• Escalate complex questions or opportunities appropriately;
• Maintain strict adherence to security, compliance, and risk management standards.
