About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic leadership for the organization's enterprise infrastructure across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
Oversee infrastructure operations, cloud platforms, networks, data centers, endpoint management, and infrastructure security.
Partner with Rochester Regional Health and organizational leaders to ensure technology solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business goals.
Develop strategy and lead infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, disaster recovery, and operational excellence initiatives.
Develop and manage high-performing technical teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
10 years of experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments.
5 years of senior leadership experience directing infrastructure teams.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (Preferred)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Preferred)
Experience leading moderate-scale cloud transformation and hybrid infrastructure initiatives.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements.
