Working Student – Sales & Business Development

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Qualify and follow up on leads that we already generate automatically using modern AI tools
- Draft tailored client outreach messages and proposal ideas to generate interest and secure meetings
- Support building, developing, and fine-tuning our sales processes and playbooks
- Prepare and follow up on our sales activities
- Collect client feedback for continuous improvement
- Assist with AI-supported client outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn)
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are an enrolled student (Business Administration, Economics, or a related field)
- You have a strong affinity for digital technologies and AI; initial experience with AI and/or sales is a plus
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy proactive client outreach
- You are motivated to grow from the working-student role into a full-time sales position (e.g., Sales Manager) over time
- You speak fluent German and have good English skills (spoken and written)
