- Independent project management from conception to go-live
- Direct client contact on an equal footing
- Helping shape our tech strategy and internal processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, software development, or project management
- Solid skills in a high-level programming language
- Data management skills (Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering)
- Agile methodologies are not buzzwords to you but everyday practice
- Hands-on experience with generative AI (nice-to-have)
- Cloud experience (Azure or AWS) (nice-to-have)
- Open-source contributions or personal projects (nice-to-have)
- You explain complex topics clearly
- Strong self-organization
- German: fluent, English: business fluent
