About the role
- Plan and implement effective quality assurance measures in series production and for new product development
- Continuously improve the applied quality assurance systems and methods
- Record and handle customer complaints and plan, initiate and implement effective corrective actions, including communication with the customer
- Regularly evaluate quality-related inspection data and independently initiate effective corrective and preventive actions
- Create and revise product-related specifications in coordination with customers and internal departments
- Prepare and process first article inspection reports (FAI), including coordination with suppliers
- Establish and further develop the QMS to improve inspection data capture
- Independently lead quality projects
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in quality management / quality assurance or Industrial Engineering
- Degree or higher vocational qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field preferred
- Extensive German skills at a minimum of C1 level
- Good English skills at a minimum of B1 level
- Experience with ERP systems and MS Office
- Further training in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), VKI or Import/Export (advantageous)
- Professional experience in SCM or strategic purchasing (advantageous)
