About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • To achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets (Quantity & Quality) through face-to-face meetings and detailing the assigned Doctors and Pharmacists and deliver agreed customer centric activities within operating budget.
  • To meet or exceed sales targets (Sales Growth/Market Share Growth) within agreed budgets and timescales.
  • Promoting brands to pharmacists by providing product information and medical updates.
  • Merchandising Acino brands by ensuring that the shelves of a pharmacy are stocked and setting up displays and promotional signs.
  • Selling Acino brands by closing deals effectively and following up on the loyalty program implementation.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists to achieve common benefits and satisfy the need.
  • Sponsor big local meetings conducted by Key Opinion Leaders in the market as well as organize healthcare professionals in important local and international meetings organized by Acino.
  • Make regular visits to KOLs to deliver the marketing strategy and the product core message.
  • Conduct regular Audio-Visual meetings; business dinners and/or promotional mini meetings on monthly bases & Attend and Help with the logistics of major conferences and marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with key customers including those who have significant influence in the purchasing decisions within major hospitals/institutions for the assigned products.
  • Monitor new developments and changes in the marketplace and to anticipate positive as well as negative impact to adapt the business strategy accordingly.
  • Analyze the competitive environment in the assigned area and provide feedback to direct management (i.e., Key account feedback).
  • Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with the Drug stores to achieve the sales targets.
  • Build strong and reliable image of Acino in the market.
  • Forwards all of received Product Quality Complaints, Adverse Events and Medical Information Requests to the relevant person in Quality Assurance/Pharmacovigilance/ Medical Affairs.
  • Effective execution of AVA Local/International conferences and meetings with Health Care professionals in line with campaign brief and policies in line with the AVA plan.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy and have ID Syndicate of Pharmacists
  • 2-4 years’ experience in Pharma Market at variable positions.
  • Outstanding sales acumen and business aptitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and influencing ability.
  • High degree of customer focus.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
