About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide full-service human capital support and direction to business unit leadership and HR functions
  • Partner with department leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, recruiting strategy, talent evaluation, leadership development, and organizational design
  • Maintain regular communication and primary business partner relationships with business unit leaders and departments
  • Support talent strategy activities, including Talent Forum preparation, reporting, calibration, workforce analysis, job evaluation, recruiting, and organization design
  • Support compensation activities, including merit and promotion processes, job pricing, compensation evaluation, incentive plans, and issue resolution
  • Provide frontline support for employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, exit interviews, legal proceedings, and employee relations strategy
  • Support employee engagement activities and analyze employee surveys and other sources
  • Interpret and communicate ACI policies and procedures
  • Support the HR Business Partner Leader analytically, administratively, and operationally
  • Participate in HR and business unit projects
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence on solutions, communication, adoption, and execution
  • Advocate for business unit employees and cultivate a high-level employee experience
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and data-driven insights for workforce planning, talent management, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Adhere to corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Management, leadership, or significant HR Generalist experience
  • Experience and fluency in the use of AI
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • No employment visa or work permit sponsorship available now or in the future
  • Excellent collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with an HRIS system
  • HR Business Partner experience
  • Technology, software, and/or payments industry experience
  • Global experience
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and horizontally across the company
