Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and coordinate both customer-facing and internal programs.
Ensure alignment between business unit objectives and corresponding technology solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams of stakeholders focused on delivering new services and upgrading existing solutions.
Plan schedules, coordinate and manage technical and business resources, and monitor budgets.
Ensure timely completion of the program with high quality, within the agreed-upon scope and budget, while managing escalations and addressing program-level risks and issues.
Program-level dashboard reporting and leading update meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
At least 4-6 years of project and/or program management experience, including managing large enterprise-level initiatives.
Comprehensive knowledge of the product development process, the software product lifecycle, and agile program management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in delivering executive-level presentations.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Management, Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
Experience in the payment industry, including knowledge of payment channels, billing systems, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in analyzing client’s business needs, integrating business strategies, and recommending appropriate IT solutions and migration paths.
Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP).
