About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze client’s business needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions
Conduct analysis of corporate objectives and processes
Plan and manage implementation of new technology
Solve complex technical problems for projects
Guide technical direction for projects
Support regional/product business development and sales efforts
Meet with clients to define ACI’s services
Guide customers with implementation efforts.
Anticipate risks and prepare mitigation actions
Clarify business situations through skilled questioning
Perform other duties as assigned.
Understand and adhere to corporate policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 7 years’ experience
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Ability to work independently, under pressure and is self-motivated
Ability to understand customer business requirements and possess knowledge of products/solutions/services offering.
Strong in account planning and execution
Familiar with BASE24-eps interfaces customization framework is preferred
Experience in customer SIT, UAT, migration and go live support
Expert in Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and BICI interfaces.
