About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports the various planning and operational functions of the Business Unit
Provides planning and operational support to the Business Unit with a focus on execution of operating plan and organizational goals
Performs monthly analysis to provide executive guidance on financial forecasts, resource prioritization, strategic planning, and budgets
Facilitates cross-function decision management mechanisms to ensure alignment and adoption
Drive accurate forecast and financial analysis for the assigned region

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
3 - 5 years’ experience in operations including experience in process management, process metrics, and project/program/portfolio management
Experience with Salesforce and Jira application
Experience with Oracle application
Strong Excel skills
Strong Analytical skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership
