About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the North America Professional Services revenue and margin targets
Partner with Sales on deal shaping, pipeline health, and services bookings
Maintain a healthy portfolio spanning implementation, installation, custom development, technical support, and training engagements
Lead, develop, and retain a team of over 100 Professional Services professionals
Implement consistent KPIs and delivery governance standards
Build a region-wide culture of innovation and growth mindset
Be the executive sponsor for clients during critical moments
Ensure commercial commitments are deliverable and clients experience One ACI

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in professional services, implementation, or technology delivery leadership
Direct P&L ownership in a services business
Experience leading teams of 75 or more
Deep experience managing senior client relationships in banking or payments
Breadth across implementation, technical support, training, and onsite engagement models
Proven ability to drive outcomes across Sales, Product, and Engineering
Strategic instinct to connect delivery patterns to broader business
Commitment to AI-enabled ways of working
Exposure to North American banking and payments infrastructure is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
