About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for maximizing the value of the product and work of the Development team
Communicates vision of the Product Manager to their scrum team
Participates in all Agile activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning and sprint review
Work with the team to groom backlog items: define acceptance criteria, help the team split and estimate stories
Available as needed to assist the scrum team with product questions and is given authority to make decisions about product features

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience in software development tasks
5+ years of related work experience
Experience in payments, bank or merchant technologies, or related is desirable
Strong ability to understand technical issues at a high level
Demonstrates strong accountability
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate as a change agent, influencing and driving action organizationally
