About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead one or more large, complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple functions, geographies, and stakeholders
Act as the single point of ownership and accountability for program outcomes—scope, timelines, budget, and quality
Develop and manage integrated program plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation
Drive program execution with urgency and ownership, ensuring alignment and progress across 10+ global teams where required
Identify, track, and proactively mitigate program-level risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable program roadmaps and deliverables
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration at scale, enabling alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders
Lead governance, reporting, and executive communication, including dashboards, risk registers, and program updates
Drive decision-making and stakeholder alignment, especially in ambiguous or high-risk scenarios
Mentor and guide project managers and junior members on best practices and program methodologies
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of program management experience managing complex, transformational programs or 10–15 years of project/program management experience in complex environments
Strong experience managing multi-project programs with global scope and cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
Proven track record of managing large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
PMP or equivalent certification (or working towards)
Experience in IT infrastructure, operations, risk/compliance, or enterprise transformation programs
Strong stakeholder management experience, including C-level engagement
Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project)
Experience in managing global teams and distributed delivery models
