The Sr Client Project Manager is accountable for managing the delivery of projects in compliance with ACI policies and customer contractual commitments.
They lead and collaborate with a team to deliver projects of varying levels of complexity.
They are responsible for managing multiple projects in parallel, aligned to ACI’s project methodology.
They facilitate communication with customers and internal departments to ensure the status of the project is clear.
The Sr Client Project Manager oversees a project from its inception through to its execution and final delivery.
They maintain and share schedules while monitoring the project’s budget.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience.
7+ years client project management experience, including 5+ years in the payments/ financial industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced organizational and planning skills
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building
Advanced problem-solving abilities
