Director of Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accountable for sales management related to the marketing of organization's products or services in Middle East region to existing and prospective customers.
- Leading a team of sales representatives.
- Responsible for fostering customer satisfaction and improving employee engagement.
- Accountable for leading teams to follow ACI best practices, account/territory planning and accurate forecasting.
- Participates in strategic and tactical planning at a regional level.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the “financial payments” industry selling “enterprise level payment software solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of Sales Management position.
- Direct sales and/or leadership experience in industries targeted by ACI (financial institutions, processors, merchants, etc.)
- Relevant experience in the Middle East region.
- Track record for building long standing relationships with clients.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong channel management experience.
- Exceptional leadership skills and a track record of motivating, developing and attracting superior sales professionals.
- Exceptional presentation skills and extensive experience in client facing roles, making presentations to sophisticated, C-level individuals.
