About the role
- Support the Business Unit Operations team in documenting and analyzing business processes
- Assist in identifying inefficiencies and proposing basic improvements
- Participate in stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Help prepare process maps, flowcharts, and documentation
- Collaborate closely with senior analysts to learn audit readiness methodologies
- Engage in learning opportunities to build foundational knowledge in business process analysis
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in information systems, Information Security, Internal Audit, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in business operations & process improvement, audit readiness & governance, risk management, compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
